I haven’t been at Consultus International for long, but it has already shown to be the most rewarding job I have worked in. Even though I had no background in the energy industry, I have learnt so much and continue to do so. With a great sense of autonomy, Consultus provides an environment where I am in control of my own work creating a deeper sense of independence and trust within the company. From hearing of previous success stories, the opportunity to continually learn, grow, achieve, and strive towards my future has been illustrated to be an attainable goal for my future. With the open, honest line of communication, I feel as if I am able to relate and bond with my colleagues on a harmonised level. There is also a focus of training to keep up to date with any changes illustrating the importance of self-improvement whilst providing the tools to do so.

I was apprehensive during the current work circumstances, especially coming back into the office environment; but the steps they have taken have been second to none, with the people in the business being a part of it every step of the way. Consultus international is a great group to be a part of.
