The Race to Zero
What is the Race to Zero initiative?
Race to Zero is the UN-backed global campaign rallying non-state actors – including companies, cities, regions, financial and educational institutions – to take rigorous and immediate action to halve global emissions by 2030 and deliver a healthier, fairer zero carbon world in time. All members are committed to the same overarching goal: reducing emissions across all scopes swiftly and fairly in line with the Paris Agreement, with transparent action plans and robust near-term targets.
What is the FNZ Standard?
In June 2019, parliament passed legislation requiring the government to reduce the UK’s net emissions of greenhouse gases to Net Zero by 2050 based on 1990 levels. The FNZ Standard with CBN Expert is a way to record and monitor progress. It is designed to create a simple way for businesses to show their credentials, which will be verified and audited by future Net Zero.
Cyber Essentials
We’re proud to be part of the Cyber Essentials scheme. Cyber Essentials is a United Kingdom government information assurance scheme that is operated by the National Cyber Security Centre. It encourages organisations to adopt good practice in information security.
ISO 9001
ISO 19011 is defined as the standard that sets forth guidelines for auditing management systems. The standard contains guidance on managing an audit program, the principles of auditing, and the evaluation of individuals responsible for managing the audit programs.
