Case Study: Patrick Properties

Background

Patrick Properties is a privately owned commercial property investment and development company. A well-respected business, it focuses mainly on the UK industrial market with interests in office, retail, leisure and land.

Consultus has been working with Patrick Properties since 2018 when the company split from a partner company, Focus Hotel Management, who had been satisfied clients of Consultus International since 2010. Consultus was seen as providing a world-class service and ‘a safe pair of hands.’

Solution

Initially gas and electricity supply contracts were for just one hotel but have since grown with Patrick Properties’ acquisitions to cover twelve commercial office blocks and six distribution centres, with Energy and Water Procurement, Metering Services, and Cost Avoidance opportunities – including New Connections and the alignment energy contracts.

In 2021 the client instructed Consultus to consolidate contracts for its Water Procurement for five commercial properties.
